Een gezinsvriendelijk vakantiehuisje
Ons vakantiehuisje is ideaal voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden en kinderen. Het heeft drie aparte slaapkamers, elk met een tweepersoonsbed, en een slaapzaal met vier eenpersoonsbedden. Babybenodigdheden zijn in elke slaapkamer aanwezig.
Privé verwarmd binnenzwembad
Het zwembadgedeelte bestaat uit een binnenzwembad dat het hele jaar door verwarmd is tot 28°C, een douche en een kleedkamer.
Een omheinde tuin
De omheinde tuin, het speelhuisje, het terras met tuinmeubilair en de barbecue nodigen uit om te genieten van heerlijke momenten in de buitenlucht.
Een speelkamer op de veranda
De lichte veranda, met een voetbaltafel, een eethoek en spelletjes voor kinderen, zal iedereen blij maken.

A house between the sea and the countryside
Ideally situated between the sea and the countryside in the hamlet of Framezelle, at the foot of Cap Gris Nez and a 500-metre walk from the beach, the gîte offers a wide range of walks in the surrounding area and a variety of activities. There’s something for everyone, whatever your taste or age. If you’re travelling with the family, there’s no need to pack the car – you can set off on foot or by bike straight from the gîte!
Your pet is welcome !
Your dog is welcome, provided you follow a few common-sense rules:
- no dogs on the sofas, upstairs or in the pool;
- please pick up after your dog in the garden;
- no excessive barking.

If there are a lot of you, please remember to book in advance.
The beds will be made on your arrival, towels will be provided, and a final clean is included. This charge of €250 for linen and cleaning is automatically added to the rental price.
Rules of Procedure
We look forward to welcoming you to our family home. The neighbourhood is quiet and we want to respect our neighbours. Here are a few house rules that we ask you to follow:

No parties or stag/hen nights
Respect for the neighbourhood: no music outside; quiet between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.

Cancellation policy
- 100% of prepaid bookings are refundable if cancelled 30 days or more before arrival. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
- 50% payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- A refundable deposit of €300.00 is required in the event of damage.
