Good to know

Your booking

All utilities (water - heating - electricity) are included in the price.
Cleaning costs are extra and compulsory. €100 for the house - €50 for the ground floor of the house
A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance must be paid no more than 2 weeks before your stay.
Tourist tax must be added. It is €0.50 per night and per guest over the age of 18.
Credit cards accepted - bank transfers accepted
Sheets and household linen not provided but compulsory. Possibility of reserving them as extras. Dish towels and hand towels provided.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel 2 weeks before your holiday, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

If you cancel between 2 weeks and the start of your stay, 50% of your stay will be refunded.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €400 is required for each rental. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your stay if payment is made by bank transfer. If payment is made by credit card, a charge of €400 will be made on your card and will be released no later than 7 days after the end of your stay.

We had a lovely stay in the gîte. Our daughters loved the pool and so did we! The region is very nice! We had a seafood platter to take away from "Chez mimi" in Audressels, which we recommend. The platter was copious and the welcome was great, they even lent us the utensils to eat the shellfish. We'll definitely be back to continue discovering this beautiful region.
