Low season

January ; February ; November ; December ; School holidays not included in this price.
Minimum stay : 2 nights. from 350 €/night.
10 % discount for 3 nights minimum.
20 % discount for 5 nights minimum.
30 % discount for a full week.

Mid season

Carnival holidays ; March ; September (except festi'Caps and trail week-end) ; October ; All Saints holidays.
Minimum stay : 2 nights. From 400 €/night.
During certain periods, 10 % discount for 3 nights minimum.
During certain periods, 20 % discount for 5 nights minimum.
30 % discount for a full week.

High season

Easter holidays ; May ; June ; Other school holidays not included in this price.
Minimum stay : 2 nights. From 450 €/night.
30% discount for a full week.

Peak season

Summer school holidays ; long weekends in April, May and June ; Trail weekend in September ; Christmas holidays.
For this very high season, the minimum number of nights varies depending on the dates: from 3 nights minimum to 7 nights minimum.

Good to know

Your booking

All consumption (water, gas, electricity) is included in the rental price.

Cleaning fees at the end of your stay and beds made on arrival, at a total price of €180, are automatically added to the rental price.

The tourist tax of €1.20 per adult per night is automatically added to the rental price.

A basic kit is provided: tea towels, dish towels, brush, sponge, dishwashing liquid.

A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance must be paid no more than one month before your stay.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel 30 days before your holiday, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

If you cancel after this date, no refund provided unless another tenant replaces you.

Security deposit in case of damage

A security deposit of €400 is required for each rental. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your stay if payment is made by bank transfer. If payment is made by credit card, a charge of €400 will be made on your card and will be released no later than 7 days after the end of your stay.

We had a lovely stay in the gîte. Our daughters loved the pool and so did we! The region is very nice! We had a seafood platter to take away from "Chez mimi" in Audressels, which we recommend. The platter was copious and the welcome was great, they even lent us the utensils to eat the shellfish. We'll definitely be back to continue discovering this beautiful region.
