From 2 nights, between €410 and €460/night + €190 for cleaning and sheets.
10% discount for stays of 3 nights or more.
20% discount for stays of 5 nights or more.
30% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
Mid season
Carnival holidays ; All Saints holidays ; April ; May ; June ; EXCEPT school holidays.
Minimum stay : 3 nights. From 410 €/night.
During certain periods, 15 % or 20 % discount for 5 nights minimum, 20% or 30 % discount for a full week.
High season
School holidays.
Minimum stay : 3 nights. From 460 €/night.
20% discount for a full week.
Peak season
Christmas and New Year holidays.
From 4 nights : 550€/night

Good to know
Your booking
All consumption (water, gas, electricity) is included in the rental price.
Cleaning fees at the end of your stay and beds made on arrival, at a total price of €180, are automatically added to the rental price.
The tourist tax of €1.20 per adult per night is automatically added to the rental price.
A basic kit is provided: tea towels, dish towels, brush, sponge, dishwashing liquid.

A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance must be paid no more than one month before your stay.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel 30 days before your holiday, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
If you cancel after this date, no refund provided unless another tenant replaces you.
Security deposit in case of damage
A security deposit of €300 is required for each rental. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your stay if no damage is noted.
